Winner of the Bergen Philharmonic Orchestra Concerto Competition, Mr. Russo has performed at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Carnegie Hall, Salle Cortot in Paris and Teatro Politeama in Palermo, the Rachmaninoff Society, the Husum Festival of Piano Rarities in Germany and the Chetham's International Piano Festival in Manchester.

Winner of Ann Fehn pianist's First Prize in the 14th Annual Jessie Kneisel Lieder Competition and 88th Annual Schubert Club Competition in Minneapolis, Minnesota, JOSEPH YUNGEN is currently a C.V. Starr Doctoral Fellow at The Juilliard School, where he studies with Jonathan Feldman. He holds Master of Music degrees in Piano Performance & Literature and Accompanying & Chamber Music from the Eastman School of Music, where he studied with Jean Barr and Douglas Humpherys.
