Winner of the prestigious Avery Fisher Grant and former bassist for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the eclectic duo Tessa Lark & Michael Thurber is bringing two baby sets of genre-bending bluegrass, jazz, classical, and original works to an intimate musicale on Park Avenue on the Upper East Side, with Kentucky style small bites prepared by Osmanthus NYC.

Tessa will be performing on her 1683 ex-Gingold Stradivarius violin, on loan from the Josef Gingold Fund for the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis. You may have also seen Michael leading the channel Collective Cadenza CDZA (with over million views) before his current residency Thurber Theater at Joe's Pub.
